I see there are requests for recipes. I would love to see some bread machine recipes specifically. I know they are basically the same but sometimes different measurements. Thank you! Can't wait to try it out.

Yes, I would also be interested in bread recipes. I have this big bag of flour (trying your products for the 1st time) and kind of expected there to be at least one recipe for me to try so I can see how great it is!

The carbohydrate count in our sprouted whole wheat flour is actually listed as the same as in our unsprouted whole wheat flour.
