I used One Degree on the following recipe in a bread machine and also in a conventional oven and both worked great. After the first rise, it almost looks like it isn't going to work, but let it rise a second time and put it in the oven and you'll be happy!! Link to the website I found it on is included. Amber’s Sprouted Flour Sandwich Bread Recipe 1 ½ cups warm water 1 ½ teaspoons salt ¼ to ½ cup honey (can use as little as 1 tablespoon) 3 tablespoons vital gluten (optional) 4 cups sprouted flour 1 packet dry active yeast Add all ingredients to bread machine in order listed. Set machine on wheat/light/1.5-lb loaf.

I see there are requests for recipes. I would love to see some bread machine recipes specifically. I know they are basically the same but sometimes different measurements. Thank you! Can't wait to try it out.

Yes, I would also be interested in bread recipes. I have this big bag of flour (trying your products for the 1st time) and kind of expected there to be at least one recipe for me to try so I can see how great it is!

The carbohydrate count in our sprouted whole wheat flour is actually listed as the same as in our unsprouted whole wheat flour.

Can you explain why sprouted whole wheat flour has a much lower carb count? Thank you
