No real taste other than oats, takes about 15 to make them but 20 if you like them more tender. I added some cinnamon and it’s a great way to start your morning.

One Degree Organic Foods Organic Sprouted Steel Cut Oats are made from clean organic ingredients and are one of the healthiest foods you can eat. These sprouted oats contain enhanced vitamins and minerals for easy digestion. I prepared these sprouted oats as directed on the package, however it took about 5 extra minutes on a higher temperature for the oats to absorb the water, but I’m happy with the final result. I like to add cinnamon, raw sugar and blueberries to my sprouted oats.
