Vegan Feta, Tomato & Pea Shoot Sprouted Oat Bowl
This delicious vegan bowl is made with our Sprouted Rolled Oats, vegan feta crumbles, sliced tomatoes, pea shoots and a drizzle of olive oil for a serving worth savoring.
It’s a simple recipe that’s perfect for a quick dinner, a hearty breakfast, or even lunch. Remember this recipe is meant to inspire, you can also add in your favorite roasted vegetables, or leftovers from dinner. That’s the beauty of oats-it pairs well with just about any flavor.

Ingredients:
1 cup (makes 2 servings) of One Degree Organics Sprouted Rolled Oats
1 1/5 cups of water
1/2 cup of sliced baby tomatoes
1/4 cup of organic pea shoots
2 tablespoons of vegan feta cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
Drizzle of extra virgin organic olive oil
Directions:
In a small pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Once the water is boiling, stir in the sprouted oats. Reduce the heat and let the oats simmer for 10 minutes with the lid slightly open.
While the oats are simmering, slice the tomatoes and prepare your organic pea shoots. Check the oats for your preferred level of doneness by giving them a quick stir.
Once the oats are cooked, serve them in a bowl and top with tomatoes, pea shoots, vegan feta cheese crumble, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
