Easy Vegan Granola Pie Crust

A pie crust can make or break a dish. However, this Vegan Granola Pie Crust ties everything together with simple and clean ingredients. Made with the nourishing oat clusters of our Sprouted Classic Granola, this versatile pie crust is perfect for fresh fruit tarts, creamy vegan cheesecake, or a no-bake chocolate pie.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 – 2 Cups One Degree Organics Classic Granola (ground in blender)

1/3 Cup vegan butter or coconut oil melted

Directions:

In a large bowl add the blended granola and the melted vegan butter or coconut oil. Mix the ingredients together well, before placing it into your preferred baking dish. Press the crust mixture into pan evenly and bake at 350 for 12- 15 minutes.
