Ingredients
3/4 cups One Degree Organic Sprouted Rolled Oats
2 medjool dates
1 cup non-dairy milk
1/4 cup of hemp hearts
1 1/2 scoops plant-based protein powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup blueberries (frozen/fresh)
Optional for serving:
Drizzle of tahini
Drizzle of date syrup
Drizzle of non-dairy milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 360 F.
In a small bowl soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes until softened. Once the dates are soft, remove the pits from the inside and transfer the dates into a blender.
Add milk, hemp hearts, protein powder, and baking powder in the blender with the dates. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
In a baking dish add in the rolled oats. Pour the blended mixture over the oats and then top with blueberries. Stir the oatmeal mixture until the oats and blueberries are evenly spread. Option to sprinkle more hemp hearts and blueberries over before placing in the oven.
Bake the oatmeal for 30 minutes. Once golden brown and almost firm to the touch, cool down before serving.
