Maple Chia Oatmeal

With the mornings starting to get cooler our Sprouted Rolled Oats have been a staple for breakfast. Our sprouted oats are simply oat groats that have been sprouted and then flattened and are 100% whole grain.

This recipe for creamy oatmeal with toasted pecans and maple syrup will keep you satisfied until lunch and try topping with some sliced pears, apples or banana. Definitely a breakfast worth getting out of bed for!


1 cup One Degree Organics Sprouted Rolled Oats
2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Tbsp chia
1/4 cup toasted pecans


In a small pot, bring the water and salt to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and add the Sprouted Rolled Oats, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia.

Stir to combine and continue to cook for 2 – 3 minutes until the liquid is absorbed or desired consistency is reached.

Serve with toasted pecans, fresh berries and a splash of almond milk.
