Cinnamon Apple Sprouted Oats with Maple Cream

Our favorite way to start every day is with a big bowl of our sprouted oats! This recipe is pretty much Autumn in a bowl, and once topped with maple cream and it becomes a breakfast to repeat all week!

Yield: Serves 1


1/2 cup One Degree Organics Sprouted Rolled Oats
1 cup non-dairy milk, plus more to serve, if desired
1 red apple, diced
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp maple cream
1 Tbsp toasted sliced almonds
Pinch of salt


Combine oats, milk, half the apple, salt and cinnamon in a small pot, bring to a boil, lower heat and continue cooking, stirring occasionally until thickened and oats are tender, approximately 5 minutes.

Stir in the vanilla, then transfer to a serving bowl. Top with additional milk, remaining apple, almonds and drizzle liberally with maple cream.
