It is soup kind of weather and these simple crackers are a perfect compliment to any soup creation, with dips or as a snack all on their own. Either our Sprouted Spelt Flour or Sprouted Whole Wheat Flour provides an excellent base for these crackers.
2 1/4 cup One Degree Organics Sprouted Spelt or Sprouted Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup One Degree Organics Flax Seeds (optional)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease two cookie sheets.
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well to combine.
Form dough into two equal balls and place one on each prepared cookie sheet. Using a small rolling pin, roll dough to desired thickness. Cut into squares or preferred design.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Baking time varies depending on thickness of crackers.
