No-Bake Sweet & Salty Oatmeal Cookies

The sprouted rolled oats provide the perfect base for a classic combination of chocolate and oatmeal, with a unique sweet and salty twist that you won’t be able to resist.

Ingredients:

3 cups One Degree Organics Sprouted Rolled Oats
2 cups organic and vegan sugar
½ cup organic and vegan salted butter
¾ cup organic and vegan oat milk
1 cup organic and vegan sunflower butter
1 teaspoon organic and vegan vanilla extract
2 teaspoons organic and vegan sea salt
¾ cup organic and vegan dark or milk chocolate chips

Directions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the sugar, butter, and oat milk. Bring it to a boil and cook for about 1 minute. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla, sunflower butter, and salt.

Add the One Degree Organics Rolled Oats and chocolate chips and mix until everything is incorporated. Prepare a large cookie sheet with parchment paper to place the cookies.

Using a cookie scoop, scoop the oatmeal mixture and drop it on the parchment-lined cookie sheet. Let the cookies cool completely before serving them. You can pair these cookies with a warm glass of plant-based milk, use two cookies to make a coconut ice-cream sandwich, or simply enjoy it by itself.
