Blueberry Banana Pancakes

This delicious pancake recipe is great for picky toddlers and loved by adults too! Make breakfast a breeze with our Sprouted Quick Oats and only a few other simple ingredients.

Yield: 5-6 pancakes depending on size


1/4 cup One Degree Organics Sprouted Quick Oats
2 ripe bananas, mashed well
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup blueberries


Mash the bananas very well in a bowl then stir in the quick oats and buckwheat flour. Mix well. Fold in the blueberries.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat. Lightly oil and spoon a few tablespoons of batter on to the frying pan. Flatten and smooth out slightly into a pancake shape.

Fry on both sides until brown. Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.
