Oat Flour
I decided to make mini muffins and waffles with the oat flour since they are two of my favorite things to make. The flour makes them very soft and fluffy so muffins just crumble. You definitely taste a difference and it makes them taste a bit sweeter in my opinion. I love the packaging it seals and I dont have to fold it closed and clip it shut. It just zips back up and keeps it fresh for the next use.
