Sourcing directly from local Filipino coconut farmers, Oleo Fats specializes in producing high-quality crude and refined coconut oil, along with a range of oleochemical products, for global food, cosmetic, and industrial markets. With decades of expertise in coconut processing, Oleo Fats combines sustainable sourcing practices with rigorous quality standards to deliver a consistent, traceable coconut oil supply chain from the farm to our facility.
Founded in 1986, Oleo Fats has grown into one of the largest coconut and palm oil exporters in the Philippines. Nearly four decades of industry experience have shaped their deep expertise in sustainable coconut oil production, allowing them to meet international quality standards while maintaining strong, direct relationships with local farmers.
Coconut trees in the Philippines are harvested year-round, with peak harvest season falling between July and September. Interestingly, a single coconut tree can be harvested three to four times a year and takes only about 10 to 11 months to reach maturity, a testament to the region’s ideal growing conditions and the sustainable, efficient farming practices upheld by Oleo Fats and its network of local farmers.
