Strawberry Chocolate Crunch Bars
Dig into these deliciously crunchy bars as a midday snack or after dinner dessert. Our Sprouted Brown Rice Crisps deliver a satisfying crunch while the pop of sweetness from the strawberries is offset by the bitterness of cacao nibs. These look as good as they taste.

1 1/4 cups dairy-free chocolate chips
2 tbsp nut butter (we used Macadamia)
1 cup One Degree Organics Sprouted Brown Rice Crisps
2 tbsp finely chopped freeze-dried strawberries
1 tbsp cacao nibs
Pinch of salt
In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments. Add nut butter and stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Divide mixture between silicone molds or press into a large dish fitted with parchment. Refrigerate until set. Unmold, or if using a large dish, cut into pieces and serve.
