I tried One Degree Organic Sprouted Khorasan flour because I wanted something more nutritious for my homemade breads, and I was truly surprised. The packaging is practical, with a hermetic seal that maintains freshness. The texture is fine but full-bodied, feeling different from regular white flour, and I liked that for more rustic doughs. It only has one ingredient: organic sprouted Khorasan wheat, nothing else, which gives me confidence. The flavor is mild, slightly sweet, and with a nutty note that is great in breads and muffins. The price is a little higher (about $8), but for me, the quality is totally worth it. I will definitely buy it again.
