Organic Oat Flour
It was easy to cook with this flour and I love that it is organic. I made some waffles and I love that I can use it sometimes instead of wheat flour. The waffles turned out pretty decent and healthier than usual.My only concern was a slight bitter taste, that sometimes oat flour can provide. The package looks really nice and appealing. I would love to experiment more with this flour.
