Bread Machine Sprouted Grain Bread

We have been getting a number of requests for a bread machine recipe using our sprouted flour. I haven’t used a bread machine much but recently picked up a Breville bread machine from Williams-Sonoma, and I must say waking up in the morning to the smell of fresh bread is rather nice!

I have made bread with both our Sprouted Spelt and Sprouted Whole Wheat flours, but they can also be used in combination.

Bread Machine Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

4 cups One Degree Organics Sprouted Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp coconut palm sugar
2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions

Add ingredients to bread machine bowl in order given.

Follow the machine’s instructions for baking. Makes one 1.5 pound loaf.

Allow to cool before slicing.
